Shipping & Delivery

We ship cast stone fireplace surrounds nationwide from Salem, Oregon. Lead times reflect that each piece is cast to order — not pulled from inventory.

Lead time

Standard production: approximately 6 weeks from the date the order becomes binding.
Expedited production: approximately 4 weeks, available for an additional $1,050.
Hearths and exterior blocks: 15 days from order confirmation.

We will notify you of any significant delays caused by supply chain or other factors outside our control.

Free shipping

Standard shipping is free within the contiguous lower-48 United States. Orders ship via FedEx Freight (or a comparable LTL carrier). Transit time is 4–8 business days after pickup from our Salem facility.

Free shipping covers curbside delivery with liftgate to a freight-accessible address. If your location requires inside delivery, special equipment, or other accommodations beyond curbside, additional fees may apply and will be quoted at the time of order.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to the Customer upon delivery to the carrier at our Salem facility (FOB Origin). Oltre's provision of free shipping refers to Oltre covering freight costs only.

Inspection at delivery

Please uncrate and inspect your order before signing the delivery receipt. If damage is apparent, mark "CONTENTS DAMAGED" on the delivery receipt before signing and document the damage with photographs of both product and packaging. Notify Oltre within 24 hours at (503) 689-1088 or info@oltreusa.com.

Failure to note damage at delivery may void freight insurance claims.

Remote or difficult locations

If your location is remote, inaccessible to large freight trucks, or requires special equipment, you may be required to arrange pickup from the carrier's local terminal. Any additional fees or arrangements are the Customer's responsibility.

International shipping

Oltre currently ships within the lower-48 United States only. For Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping inquiries, contact info@oltreusa.com.
