Oltre is a manufacturing-first business — Cast Limestone fireplace surrounds and architectural pieces, made in Oregon, shipped nationwide. The team spans the shop floor — production, finishing, install — and the office — customer service, operations, quoting, bookkeeping, marketing. Both sides are core to the business, and most weeks they sit at the same lunch table.
We hire when we can name the role, scope the work, and pay it its market rate. If you finish what you start, take ownership of standards, and like seeing your work installed on a real building, there's likely a seat for you here.
